We haven’t found an application we didn’t have
a coating to suit, including finishes that are chemical resistant
and aesthetic, corrosion-proof, hard-wearing, inside, outside,
fire protective and non-slip.
We’ll apply specialised epoxy finishes,
solvent-based and solvent-free epoxies, coal tar epoxies, polyurethanes
or alkyds – amongst others.
We’ll control the whole process, including shot blasting,
coating and fabrication to deliver the best coating solution.
We have an environmentally-compliant drive-in drive-out shot
blast room measuring 24m x 5.3m x 5m.
We have an environmentally-compliant drive-in drive-out paint
booth measuring 23m x 5.3m x 5m, which is also a low-bake oven
heating up to 70ºC.
We have a lifting capacity of 50 tonnes.
